American Express, global leader in payment services, is looking for a young university or master student in Economics or in related field of study, for an internship in our Third Party Relationship Team.

The position is Responsible for the support to the Third Party relationship Team in order to maximize the efficiency of the whole team with a specific focus on Vendor Performance Monitoring, Efficiency and Closure of Screening alerts, Optimization and accuracy of information in Amex Database

You will support the team in the execution of the following tasks:

  • Vendor Performance Monitoring KPI and Framework
  • support the team for data analysis and presentation preparation for internal and external meeting
  • support to manage the operative procedure of alert management
  • support to run analysis about the production environment to improve data accuracy

After the stage the resource will be able to know the Third Party Life cycle management of the Vendors, he/she will acquire knowledge about infrastructure and processes related to a financial institution operating as issuer and acquirer, he/she will acquire presentation skills/ analytics skills supporting in internal/external presentation and providing reports / analytics.

You are the perfect candidate if:

  • You are fluent in Italian and in English;
  • Strong PC skills including MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • You are a strongly motivated person, with good interpersonal skills and team work attitude;
  • Any previous experience in the field would be considered as a plus.

Si richiedono per tirocini curriculari in corso di studi (non sono previsti compensi), n. 3 studenti  o laureandi in Ingegneria gestionale o edile presso il Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico– DGROB – Div. IV (tutor: dr. Arrigo Moraca) .

 

Descrizione attività di tirocinio : realizzazione di un sistema teorico pratico per la gestione e conduzione degli impianti elettrici e di riscaldamento di un edificio pubblico destinato ad uffici per circa 1000 persone. Lo studio dovrà concentrarsi sullo studio di metriche di controllo per la prevenzione di guasti o comunque il rapido ripristino e sulla proposizione di soluzioni tecnologiche migliorative degli impianti in essere. Non è contemplata la progettazione ex novo dell’impiantistica ma, in via esclusiva, l’attività formativa dovrà concentrarsi sull’efficientemente e la conduzione sicura degli impianti in esercizio.

Periodo di svolgimento: dal mese di aprile 2019 – 3/6 mesi

Il tirocinio si svolge presso la sede di via Molise n.2 Roma

American Express, global leader in payment services, is looking for a young university or master student in Economics, Management Engineering, Informatics, and/or Statistics for an internship in our Travel & Lifestyle Services Team.

For our headquarter in Rome, we are looking for an intern who will support our Travel & Lifestyle Services Team, that delivers travel and Lifestyle services to the Company’s Premium Customers.

Within the Innovation, Quality and Training Division of Travel & Lifestyle Services, the intern will provide support in the daily management of customer requests through the following activities:

  • Support in back-office activities in the Travel area, with daily analysis and reporting;
  • Support in quality control on sales and bookings;
  • Support for the organization of training events with the main partners;
  • Support the team in collaborating with the Marketing team in the realization of official communications.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow the deadlines;
  • Good knowledge of the Office package, in particular an advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and a basic knowledge of Access;
  • Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken);

Finally, curiosity, ability to work in team, attention to details and results orientation are necessary.

8/03 – Capgemini + Tor Vergata, “Women Innovation Lab”

Capgemini Italia SpA presenta la Quarta Edizione del Progetto “Women Innovation Lab” in collaborazione con l’Università degli Studi di Roma “Tor Vergata”.

L’incontro si terrà l’8 Marzo a partire dalle ore 14:00 presso la sede Capgemini Italia di Roma sita in Via di Torre Spaccata , 140.

Sarà un incontro esclusivo dedicato alle studentesse appassionate di innovazione e tecnologia che hanno deciso o decideranno – anche dopo essersi confrontate con la nostra realtà – di abbracciare una carriera ritenuta per molti anni prerogativa dell’universo maschile: un mito oramai superato e di gran lunga sfatato.

Nel corso del pomeriggio le partecipanti avranno l’opportunità di conoscere le Manager di Capgemini, donne determinate con un brillante percorso di carriera nel settore della consulenza che condivideranno le proprie esperienze e abilità. A conclusione delle testimonianze le ragazze potranno quindi mettersi alla prova cimentandosi nella risoluzione  di un  interessante business case pensato e predisposto appositamente per l’evento.
