Stage Servizi Generali

Per la sua sede, Mercedes-Benz Roma ha la possibilità di attivare uno stage di 6 mesi all’interno del settore Servizi Generali.

ATTIVITÀ PRINCIPALI
Scopo dello stage sarà far acquisire al tirocinante strumenti e metodologie sulle attività riguardanti la gestione delle attività inerenti il facility degli impianti aziendali per quanto concerne:

  • Gestione dell’autorizzazione delle licenze amministrative, ASL, ISPEL, V.F. ecc.
  • Gestione del personale delle società appaltatrici (pulizia, giardinaggio, impianti elettrici, impianti condizionamento, impianti speciali di adduzione liquidi, reti fonia/dati, impianti di evacuazione e rilevazione fumi ecc.)
  • Gestione dei contratti di locazione e rapporti condominiali
  • Gestione banca dati DWG
  • Gestione delle di attività di ristrutturazione e adeguamento locali ed impianti

 

COSA CERCHIAMO
La risorsa ideale è un@ brillante laureat@/laureand@ in ingegneria/architettura con un livello medio-alto di conoscenza del pacchetto Autocad e  office (word, excel e power-point), dotat@ di autonomia, precisione, spiccate doti comunicative e di problem-solving, flessibilità e capacità di lavorare in team e per obiettivi

QUALIFICATION

Who can apply

  • All female students with a bachelor degree in STEM disciplines gained after 01/10/2016 and with final mark higher or equal to 100/110 (or equivalent to top 10 percentile if in a different scale)

  • Fluent in Italian and with a good English knowledge.
